OQUPIE User Guide Setting
My Profile Overview

Where you set your basic information and notification settings. 


Start My Profile 

You can manage My Profile in the top bar of OQUPIE by clicking Settings>My Profile. In My Profile, you can perform following actions. 

  • Profile management
  • Notification settings
  • Change password


Profile Management 

Where you check and edit your Profile. Check at Settings>My Profile>Profile


Profile contents

  • Profile Picture
  • Name
  • Title or nickname: Nickname in OQUPIE
  • Email: Email used to create an account in OQUPIE or received invitation to OQUPIE.
  • Office Phone
  • Cell Phone
  • Time zone (region): Basic time zone for the OQUPIE account that is reflected on tickets and reports.
  • Language: Service language you will use in OQUPIE account


Following language can be used as service language for your OQUPIE account.

  • Korean
  • English
  • Japanese
  • Simplified Chinese
  • Traditional Chinese
  • Thai
  • Indonesian
  • Vietnamese


Notification Settings 

You can set various email notification status related to work. Go to Settings>My Profile>Notification Settings


Basic notification

All members can set Basic notification and notification types are as below.

  • Ticket assign notification: Notification when the ticket is assigned to me or to my group
  • Reply notification: Notification when a customer replies to my ticket, or my group’s ticket
  • Additional activity notification: Notification when another member adds a memo or answers my ticket, or my group’s ticket


Manager Notification

Manager Notification can only be setup by member who has access to Manager Notification and types are as follows.

  • Notification on a newly created ticket
  • Notification on an assigned ticket
  • Notification on a customer reply


Change password 

You can set at Settings>My Profile>Change Password. Where the member can change their password. 

To change the password, fill in the following and click the save changes button at the bottom of the change password page. 

  • Current password
  • New password
  • Confirm new password

Enter at least 8 characters. Combining letters, numbers, and symbols can make your passwords safer.


If you cannot remember the password, go to change password page and click change password by email under current password field to change the password.
